Gramm Enterprises was formed in 2006 to be the parent company of several industry type businesses
as well as real estate franchises. Gramm has been around much longer. Gramm & Associates, Inc. was
founded by Marilyn Gramm in 1980. She, with the help of her daughter and partner, Rhonda Gailey have
built a large firm that offers a full array of real estate services. Marilyn & Rhonda have recruited
a talented management staff that assist in operating the different divisions of the Gramm Enterprises.
These divisions are Land Acquisition, Land Development, New Home Sales, General Re-Sales, Agent Training,
and Marketing.
Land Acquisition & Development Division
Marilyn Gramm personally oversees all land acquisition and development. Her staff works diligently researching
and analyzing land in existing and new markets. The goal is to make a connection between builder and land seller.
Our builders rely on this department to provide them with the necessary data that will allow them to make an
informed choice before they begin building in an area. Marilyn states "Anyone can buy land to build on, but it
often takes intuition and a great deal of experience to know what will ultimately sell."
New Home Sales Division
Gramm & Associates, Inc. has a proven record of success in the development of new home communities. Marilyn Gramm
and Rhonda Gailey have the "special touch" needed in this field. The New Home Division has made Gramm one of
the largest and most well-known companies in the Metro Atlanta area.
General Re-sales Division
Gramm & Associates, Inc. have has a strong general re-sale division since its beginning in 1980. Over the years
we have helped to develop and cultivate hundreds real estate careers. We understand that it takes more than
just "signing up" with a broker. We also understand the need for new and seasoned sales representatives to have
support and education when they need it.
Gramm Institute
Agent training is the one department that most Real Estate Firms lack. Most agents will move from one company to
another until they find a company that is willing to invest and impart some useful knowledge to them. Rhonda
Gailey founded the GRAMM Institute in 1996 in an effort to more effectively train new home agents. In 2005,
Shannon Taylor was hired as the Vice President of Training and Development for Gramm Enterprises. Shannon
works diligently to create the necessary programs that our sales force needs. The school currently offers a
wide variety of courses that will assist you in building a successful real estate career.
Marketing Division
Gramm Enterprises provides an advantageous marketing service for builders as well as our own sales representatives.
For our builders, we offer an invaluable service. We use our expertise to create marketing plans based on
your product and potential target market. Our marketing program includes full advertising and sales. By controlling
both pieces to this puzzle it allows us to make necessary changes to keep a steady flow of traffic directed to your communities.
