About GRAMM | Meet the Owners

Marilyn Gramm is President of GRAMM Enterprises, LLC. She pioneered the Henry County real estate market and has now expanded beyond the metro Atlanta area.

In her almost 30 years in real estate, Marilyn has received numerous awards, including being listed for five years as one of the "Top 10 Agents" in Georgia by Communities magazine. She was given the "Gold Award" and the "Zenith Award" through her membership in the Million Dollar Club of the Board of Realtors.

Over the last several years, Marilyn has produced over $100 million in real estate sales. She works diligently to expand her company's affairs in the areas of land and development, commercial property, and new home communities. She enjoys the challenging, multi-faceted components of the real estate industry.

Marilyn has been recognized for numerous achievements in her real estate career. She was named Agent of the year for 1980, 1983, 1986 1987 and 1989. She has been a member of Women's Council since 1985, Chamber of Commerce in several counties, and recognized by Who's Who in 1999, 2000 and 2001. She is a current member of the National Association of Female Executives and is a graduate of National Home Builders Institute.

Marilyn is married to husband, Al, who is retired from Delta Airlines. They have three children; Michael who is a builder and developer, Cynthia who is a Broker in Georgia and Florida, and Rhonda who is Qualifying Broker and owner of Gramm & Associates, Inc. and Gramm Representatives, Inc.

Marilyn's vision for the Company is to expand to other cities and deliver beautiful and affordable homes. "We've got a great team and we continue to grow in new areas of real estate. I love putting deals together...it's in my blood," Marilyn says.

Rhonda Gramm-Gailey is the Vice-President of Gramm Enterprises and Qualifying Broker and owner of both Gramm & Associates, Inc. and Gramm Representatives, Inc. She has been working in the industry for more than 12 years and has been a Multi-Million Dollar producer since her first year in real estate.

Rhonda's focus is on New Planned Communities and Developments, overseeing 40+ communities and supervising more than 120 agents and general transactions. She implemented the New Homes Sales Training program at the GRAMM Institute in 1997 and still continues to teach the sales portions of the course. She has personally trained hundreds of agents over the years.

Rhonda is a very hand's on leader enjoying the mentorship she is able to provide to her staff and sales team. She is always active in the local communities, affiliations and professional industry organizations. She is a member of the NAHB and local divisions such as the Atlanta and Charlotte Home Builders Associations. She was also asked to serve on the Executive Committee of the South Fulton Chapter of the Atlanta Home Builders Association. She is active with the Atlanta New Home Sales and Marketing Council, local Chambers of Commerce, Councils of growth, and the Better Business Bureau.

Rhonda led her team to produce nearly 1000 transactions in 2004 earning millions in production and several personal achievements. She has won marketing awards such as: "The Elite Who's Who Among Female Executives", Manchester Who's Who lifetime member", "Atlanta's Home Builders Sales and Marketing Council. Professionalism Awards to include: 2004 Best Website Designs-Silver, 2004 Best Logo- Gold, 2003 Best Marketing Campaign-Silver, and 2004 Best E-marketing-Silver. Not to mention several more nominations of Best Marketing Director, Best Direct Mail Campaigns and Best Print Ads. She also has lead and trained newly licensed agents to achieve personal achievement awards such as Rookie of the Year, Best Sales Team and Top Producing Agent.

Rhonda continues her education by always seeking out new industry organizations, conferences, and hands on daily feedback that she can bring back to her team of staff and sales agent to continually improve herself and the company. Rhonda is currently working on developing a larger more supportive general division Real Estate team.

Despite all her professional achievements Rhonda feels that her best accomplishment is her marriage to her husband, Rich, their two beautiful children, and her commitment to her local church and choir.
